Pottery Workshop: Make a Ceramic Charcuterie Board + Live Charcuterie Demonstration

What we’ll make

  • A handmade stoneware charcuterie board sized roughly 12" × 8" (adjustable to your preference)

Materials & tools provided

Add surface details

Plan zones for cheese/meat/olives. Carve shallow channels or slightly concave areas with loop tools or ribs. Use stamps, texture tools, or simple lines to create segmented areas.

Create finishing touches

Add holes or a handle cutout if desired (smooth edges). Ensure overall thickness is even where practical.

Workshop flow

  • Welcome & Introductions, mingling (10-15 min)

  • Demonstration on how to make a charcuterie board (30 min)- get some inspo and then we feast on it!!!

  • Hands-on shaping: ( 60-70 min)

  • Bisque & glaze schedule explained; pick-up timeline and glaze options discussed (10 min)
